The Carterton Youth Council started in September 2007. The first Youth Council did not include as many members as the 2008/09 Youth Council but started up brilliantly. A lot of the Youth Councillors enjoyed the experience. Some of them enjoyed it so much that they put their name down to stay on the Carterton Youth Council another year.

 

Having some of the councillors from last year on the council this year will help get the council started up much quicker therefore the Youth Council can get so many more things done.
